- In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream.
- Fold in the raspberry mixture, followed by the beaten egg whites until just combined.
- Divide the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
