- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of raspberry puree over the batter and swirl with a knife.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and repeat the swirling process.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a more intense raspberry flavor, use raspberry extract in the batter.
- Store brownies in an airtight container for up to a week.
