Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry puree over the batter and swirl with a knife.
  8. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and repeat the swirling process.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For a more intense raspberry flavor, use raspberry extract in the batter.
  • Store brownies in an airtight container for up to a week.
