A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu, featuring layers of white chocolate and fresh raspberries.
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee and melted white chocolate.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for a few seconds, then layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of fresh raspberries on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and raspberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.

Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
- Feel free to add more raspberries for extra flavor.
