Description
A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu, featuring layers of white chocolate and fresh raspberries.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with melted white chocolate until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso for a few seconds, then layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of fresh raspberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with additional raspberries.

Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use a darker roast espresso.
- Feel free to substitute strawberries for raspberries if desired.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
