Description

A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu, featuring layers of white chocolate and fresh raspberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with melted white chocolate until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso for a few seconds, then layer them in a serving dish.
  5. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of fresh raspberries.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with additional raspberries.

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use a darker roast espresso.
  • Feel free to substitute strawberries for raspberries if desired.
