Instructions

  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the strawberry puree and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in powdered sugar to coat.
  7. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
