Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the shredded cheese and milk over medium heat.
- Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and smooth.
- Add the diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
- Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
