Ingredients

- 1 cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp chia seeds (soak 5 mins)
- Dash of cinnamon
- Optional: drop of stevia or monk fruit
Instructions
- Stir chia into the liquid and let sit for 5–10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add lemon juice, vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon.
- Shake or blend briefly and sip slowly.
Notes
For best results, use fresh lemon juice and grated ginger. Adjust sweetness to taste.
