Description

A colorful celebration cheesecake that brings family and friends together with its creamy layers and vibrant flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup JELLO (various colors, any flavors)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and then allow to cool.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  7. Pour the mixture over the cooled crust.
  8. Dissolve the JELLO in boiling water, then stir in cold water.
  9. Pour the JELLO mixture over the cheesecake layer and chill for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
