Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup JELLO (various colors, any flavors)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes and then allow to cool.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently.
- Pour the mixture over the cooled crust.
- Dissolve the JELLO in boiling water, then stir in cold water.
- Pour the JELLO mixture over the cheesecake layer and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
