Instructions
- Combine in a large bowl ground turkey, grated apple, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into burger patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and apple slices, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a healthier option, consider using whole grain buns. Can substitute ground chicken for turkey if desired.
