Description

Delicious avocado slices coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs, perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Slice the avocados into wedges.
