- 4 fillets Salmon (skin-on preferred)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Melted Butter

- to taste Black Pepper
- 8 ounces Boursin Cheese
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish.
- Drizzle the fillets with olive oil or melted butter.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Spread the Boursin mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
