  • 8 ounces Boursin Cheese
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish.
  4. Drizzle the fillets with olive oil or melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  7. Spread the Boursin mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
