Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the gnocchi in a large pot according to package instructions until they float to the surface.
  3. Drain the gnocchi and set aside.
  4. Combine the cooked gnocchi with marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large baking dish.
  5. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Top the mixture with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
