- 1 ripe peach, sliced
- 4 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- Drizzle a little olive oil on the toasted bread.
- Top each slice with slices of fresh peach and torn burrata cheese.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
