Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and cook them in a pan over medium heat until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Assemble the rice, top with salmon, mixed vegetables, and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.
