Description

A delightful twist on classic deviled eggs, featuring creamy yolks, tender shrimp, and a spicy Bang Bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Bang Bang sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering them with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and cover for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool.
  3. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the yolks from the egg whites and place them in a bowl.
  5. Add the chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, Bang Bang sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash until smooth and well combined.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives.
  8. Serve chilled.
