Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions
