Description

A delightful blend of scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese wrapped in buttery crescent dough, perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
  2. Scramble the eggs in a skillet, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix in the diced ham and shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough and place a spoonful of the egg mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake according to package instructions until golden brown.
  7. Melt the butter in a small saucepan for the hollandaise.
  8. Whisk together the egg yolks, lemon juice, and water in a separate bowl.
  9. Slowly drizzle in the melted butter while whisking until thickened.
  10. Serve the breakfast rolls drizzled with hollandaise sauce.
