Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions. Grease a baking pan.
- Mix the brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a bowl until well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake according to the box instructions until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from oven and let the brownies cool completely.
- Cut the brownies into squares once cooled.
- Scoop a generous amount of ice cream onto a brownie square and top with another brownie square to create a sandwich.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
