Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 pint of your favorite ice cream
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions. Grease a baking pan.
  2. Mix the brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a bowl until well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  3. Bake according to the box instructions until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  4. Remove from oven and let the brownies cool completely.
  5. Cut the brownies into squares once cooled.
