Description

A delightful twist on a classic Caesar salad featuring roasted Brussels sprouts, creamy dressing, and crunchy toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread them on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
  5. Combine the chopped romaine lettuce, roasted Brussels sprouts, and Caesar dressing in a large bowl.
  6. Toss gently to coat the greens.
  7. Top with shaved Parmesan cheese, croutons, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  8. Serve immediately.
