Description

A creamy, spicy dip perfect for Halloween gatherings, featuring shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ghost-shaped mozzarella.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast (shredded)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1-2 cup buffalo sauce (varies based on spice preference)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese (sliced)
  • 1 tube writing gel (black)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a large plastic bag.
  3. Mix until all chicken is coated with buffalo sauce.
  4. Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  5. Add buffalo chicken in a single layer on top of the cream cheese.
  6. Pour ranch dressing on top of the buffalo chicken, don’t mix in.
  7. Use a cookie cutter to cut out ghost shapes from cheese slices.
  8. Top chicken mixture with ghost cheese, making sure to not overlap ghosts.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Use writing gel to draw eyes and mouth on all the ghosts.
  11. Serve warm with chips, bread, crackers, and veggies.

Notes

For a healthier option, use lean chicken breast. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
