- 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Parsley (dried)
- 2 tbsp Chopped Green Onions (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Whisk together buffalo sauce, honey, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and parsley on all sides.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the honey buffalo sauce to the seasoned thighs and toss to fully coat.
- Heat your grill to medium-low heat.
- Place the chicken thighs on the grill with the smooth side down.
- Turn the chicken thighs over every 3-4 minutes.
- Continue this process until chicken juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches between 165-170°F.
- Baste the chicken thighs with the honey buffalo sauce during the last few turns.
- Serve Honey Buffalo Chicken with a sprinkle of fresh chopped green onions and your favorite grilling side dishes!
