Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 6 soft tortillas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in shrimp and crab meat; cook until shrimp is pink.
- Mix together the cooked seafood with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese in a bowl.
- Spoon the seafood mixture onto each tortilla, fold, and place in a baking dish.
- Mix heavy cream with salt and pepper in a separate bowl, then drizzle over the tortillas.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh seafood for best flavor. Don’t overfill the tortillas to avoid tearing.
