A delicious twist on a classic favorite recipe that combines the flavors of chicken alfredo with the fun of monkey bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of Grands biscuits
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cut the Grands biscuits into quarters.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the biscuit pieces with the chicken mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Grease a bundt pan and layer the biscuit mixture inside.
  6. Pour the melted butter over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a plate and serving.
