- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup croutons, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix shredded chicken with Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the chicken mixture into a pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and spread Caesar dressing over the crust.
- Top with chopped romaine lettuce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and crushed croutons.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve immediately.
