Description

A delightful fusion of classic Caesar salad flavors with the convenience of a taco, featuring seasoned ground chicken and fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 500g (1 pound) ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • ½ head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons bacon bits
  • Olive oil or avocado oil, for cooking


Instructions

  1. Add the ground chicken to a bowl and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Flip the tortillas over and spread a thin, even layer of chicken onto the back of each tortilla, pressing it down firmly.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of oil. Place tortillas chicken-side down and cook for 3 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and crispy.
  4. Flip and cook the tortilla side for another 1 to 2 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  5. Top each taco with romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and bacon bits. You can also toss the Caesar salad first and spoon it on.
  6. Fold and serve immediately while hot and crispy.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Don’t overcrowd the pan to avoid steaming.
