- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the cooked chicken, chopped onion, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
- Arrange the filled crescents on a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese before serving.
