- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked chicken, chopped onion, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet and press the seams together to form a large rectangle.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
