Description

A flavorful Cajun chicken marinade that transforms simple chicken breasts into a culinary delight.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 chicken breasts


Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Cajun seasoning, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are covered.
  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, preferably overnight.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  8. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

For best results, marinate overnight and grill on a hot grill for those perfect char marks.
