- 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Spinach Leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Combine the ground chicken breast, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Mix in the Parmesan cheese until well incorporated.
- Add the marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, stirring gently to combine.
- Fold in the pepperoni slices and spinach leaves, ensuring even distribution.
- Roll out the dough or pizza crust on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into rectangles, approximately 4×6 inches.
- Scoop a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto one half of each rectangle.
- Fold the other half over the filling and press the edges to seal.
- Brush a light coating of oil over the tops for a golden finish.
- Place the pockets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
