Description

A delicious twist on traditional hot pockets, combining the flavors of pizza with a high-protein chicken filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni Slices
  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Spinach Leaves


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken breast, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Mix in the Parmesan cheese until well incorporated.
  4. Add the marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Fold in the pepperoni slices and spinach leaves, ensuring even distribution.
  6. Roll out the dough or pizza crust on a floured surface.
  7. Cut the dough into rectangles, approximately 4×6 inches.
  8. Scoop a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto one half of each rectangle.
  9. Fold the other half over the filling and press the edges to seal.
  10. Brush a light coating of oil over the tops for a golden finish.
  11. Place the pockets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  12. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  13. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
