Description

Tender and juicy grilled chicken thighs marinated in a flavorful honey soy mixture, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
  5. Grill chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a healthier option, use sugar substitutes such as stevia or monk fruit instead of honey. Also, marinating longer enhances the flavors.
