A refreshing dessert that combines sweet mango, zesty lime, and a hint of chili for a tropical taste sensation.
Ingredients

- 3 cups frozen mango
- 1/2 cup canned full fat coconut milk
- Juice and zest of one large lime
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1-2 tsp chili lime seasoning
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Use your blender’s tamper if it comes with one, to help blend all the frozen fruit.
- Scrape down the sides as needed while processing until smooth, if using a food processor.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
- Top with coconut flakes and extra chili lime seasoning, if desired.
- Cover with foil and place in the freezer to chill.
Notes
Allow the sorbet to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for a softer texture.
