Description

A delightful fusion of rich chocolate cake and creamy peanut butter, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup Reese’s pieces
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. Combine in a large bowl the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Beat in another bowl the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the chocolate cake batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture over the batter.
  6. Sprinkle Reese’s pieces and chocolate chips on top.
  7. Pour the remaining chocolate cake batter over the top.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the batter and cream cheese mixture slightly.
  9. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow the cake to cool before serving.

Notes

For a diabetes-friendly version, consider using sugar substitutes like stevia or monk fruit. Serve slices warm with vanilla ice cream for an indulgent treat.
