- 1 package Oreo cookies (for crust)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips (melted)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (for chocolate layer)
- Peanut butter cups (for topping)
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well. Fold in whipped cream and spread the mixture over the Oreo crust.
- Mix melted chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth in another bowl. Pour the chocolate layer over the peanut butter layer.
- Swirl some peanut butter on top for decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Top with chopped peanut butter cups before serving.
Notes
For a sugar-free version, consider using stevia or monk fruit as substitutes.
