Description

A decadent dessert that combines creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate in a delightful pie, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (for crust)
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (for chocolate layer)
  • Peanut butter cups (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well. Fold in whipped cream and spread the mixture over the Oreo crust.
  3. Mix melted chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth in another bowl. Pour the chocolate layer over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Swirl some peanut butter on top for decoration.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Top with chopped peanut butter cups before serving.

Notes

For a sugar-free version, consider using stevia or monk fruit as substitutes.
