A delicious tart combining rich chocolate ganache and nutty pistachio cream, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup pistachio paste
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar in a bowl.
- Add softened butter and egg; mix until dough forms.
- Press dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
- Heat heavy cream until it just simmers. Pour it over chopped chocolate and let sit for a minute. Stir until smooth and pour over the cooled tart shell.
- Mix pistachio paste, sugar, and vanilla in another bowl. Gently fold in half of the whipped ganache. Spread pistachio cream over the ganache layer.
- Top with remaining ganache and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Chill the tart for at least 120 minutes before serving.
