Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
- Combine heavy cream and dark chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium heat; stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Fold the chocolate mixture into the pumpkin mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the cooled tart crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the filling is set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy your delicious tart!
