Instructions
- Combine in a large bowl the ground beef and chorizo, mixing gently until just combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and form into patties.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and have a nice crust.
- Assemble the burgers on buns with preferred toppings and enjoy!
