Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Cooking spray
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
- Cut the tortillas into wedges.
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Arrange the tortilla wedges on the baking sheet.
- Spray the tops of the tortillas with cooking spray and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over them.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and let cool before serving.
