Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine in a large bowl: ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then form into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Combine in a small saucepan: BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and smoked paprika. Heat over medium until warmed through.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the BBQ glaze until well coated.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
