Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan thoroughly with butter or non-stick spray.
- Combine crushed cookies and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy in a large mixing bowl.

- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and cool to room temperature.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best flavors.
- Top with the remaining crushed cookies just before serving.
