- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed, about 8 oz)
- 8 oz Brie cheese (cut into small cubes)
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned whole-berry)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (or ½ teaspoon dried)
- 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon chopped pecans or walnuts (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
- Cut into 24 small squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Press one pastry square into each mini muffin cup.
- Add a cube of Brie in the center of each.
- Spoon about ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of each piece of Brie.
- Drizzle with a touch of honey if desired.
- Sprinkle rosemary and nuts over each bite.
- Brush the pastry edges lightly with egg wash.
- Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. These are best enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
