- 4 pickles, sliced

- 8 ounces pork, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup mojo marinade
- 2 pieces Cuban bread
Instructions
- Slow cook the pork in mojo marinade until tender.
- Layer sweet ham, mozzarella cheese, pickles, and yellow mustard on the bread.
- Add the slow-cooked pork.
- Close the sandwich and press it in a sandwich press until golden brown and cheese is melted.
