Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pickles, sliced

  • 1/2 cup mojo marinade
  • 2 pieces Cuban bread


Instructions

  1. Slow cook the pork in mojo marinade until tender.
  2. Layer sweet ham, mozzarella cheese, pickles, and yellow mustard on the bread.
  3. Add the slow-cooked pork.
  4. Close the sandwich and press it in a sandwich press until golden brown and cheese is melted.
