Ingredients

- 12 Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Slice the medjool dates open and remove the pits.
- Fill each date with a small amount of peanut butter.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
- Dip each filled date into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each date.
- Place the chocolate-covered dates on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
For a sugar-free alternative, consider using stevia, monk fruit, or allulose instead of regular sugar.
