Description

Deliciously chewy medjool dates stuffed with creamy peanut butter and coated in rich dark chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • Pinch of sea salt


Instructions

  1. Slice the medjool dates open and remove the pits.
  2. Fill each date with a small amount of peanut butter.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
  4. Dip each filled date into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each date.
  6. Place the chocolate-covered dates on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

For a sugar-free alternative, consider using stevia, monk fruit, or allulose instead of regular sugar.
