- 1 lb 95% lean ground beef
- 1 (1.25 oz) packet reduced sodium taco seasoning
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 medium-large tomato, diced
- 4 oz 50% less fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz nacho cheese Doritos, broken into pieces
- 1 cup light Catalina or French dressing
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked and no longer pink.
- Add the reduced sodium taco seasoning to the skillet with the ground beef and mix well.
- Chop the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces and transfer to a large serving bowl.
- Dice the tomato into small pieces and add it to the bowl with the lettuce.
- Sprinkle the shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the salad mixture.
- Break the nacho cheese Doritos into bite-sized pieces and add them to the salad.
- Drizzle the light Catalina or French dressing over the entire salad and toss gently to combine.
