Instructions

  2. Mix together the sourdough starter, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in the grated carrots and any optional ingredients like nuts or raisins.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
