Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head of little gem lettuce
  • 2 juicy pears, sliced
  • 100g creamy gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 50g toasted walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons anchovy vinaigrette


Instructions
