Ingredients

- 1 lb fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- For the fish taco sauce:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the fish fillets with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or cook the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Mix the sour cream, lime juice, and hot sauce in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a hot pan.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the fish on the tortilla, then topping with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, cilantro, and a drizzle of fish taco sauce.
