Description

These no-bake frozen s’mores are a Southern summer favorite. Creamy, chilled layers of chocolate pudding and marshmallow fluff between graham crackers make this an easy freezer treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers (about 18 full sheets)
  • 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom.
  3. Mix pudding with cold milk, then fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over crackers.
  4. Add another graham cracker layer.
  5. Beat marshmallow creme, cream cheese, and remaining whipped topping until fluffy. Spread on top.
  6. Top with final graham layer. Cover and freeze for 6+ hours.
  7. Slice into bars and serve slightly thawed.
