These no-bake frozen s’mores are a Southern summer favorite. Creamy, chilled layers of chocolate pudding and marshmallow fluff between graham crackers make this an easy freezer treat.

- 1 box graham crackers (about 18 full sheets)
- 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Place a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom.
- Mix pudding with cold milk, then fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over crackers.
- Add another graham cracker layer.
- Beat marshmallow creme, cream cheese, and remaining whipped topping until fluffy. Spread on top.
- Top with final graham layer. Cover and freeze for 6+ hours.
- Slice into bars and serve slightly thawed.
