Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, sugar, butter, egg, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet to form a pizza crust.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Arrange the assorted fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Slice and serve chilled.
