Description

A delightful blend of juicy chicken breasts and crispy, cheesy potatoes infused with garlic for a comforting family meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place the diced potatoes in a large baking dish and pour half of the garlic butter mixture over them, tossing to coat.
  4. Nestle the chicken breasts among the potatoes and brush the remaining garlic butter mixture on top of the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken and potatoes.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the baking dish for even cooking. Feel free to mix in your favorite herbs.
