- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&M’s
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix in the baking soda.
- Add the oats gradually and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, M&M’s, and nuts if using.
- Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
